How do you price projects?

Three ways, depending on where you are and what you need:

Fixed scope if you want predictable costs and clear deliverables (great for MVPs or specific features).

Time & materials if you’re moving fast and priorities shift weekly (welcome to startup life).

Co-creation if you want us as invested in your success as you are—we take less cash upfront in exchange for equity or revenue share when you hit milestones.

Most relationships start with fixed scope and evolve from there.

Do you only do development work, or do you handle strategy and product too?

We’re former founders and CTOs ourselves, so we get the bigger picture. We’ll scope and build your MVP, then transform it into a commercial SaaS platform that can actually scale. Need AI embedded? We’ve got you covered. Want strategic tech and roadmap advisory? That’s where we shine.

We’ve been in the room for product roadmap decisions, investor pitches, and those late-night “how do we scale this?” conversations. Building features is just one part of what we bring.

What does working with you actually look like?

We keep teams small, focused and budget-friendly. Typically, you’ll get:

A fractional CTO or tech lead who knows your business as well as your code, plus full-stack engineers who can ship features, not just tickets.

When you need specialists, we bring them in without the overhead of permanent hires. This includes DevOps engineers, Security and GDPR Compliance specialists, Data and AI specialists, and UI/UX designers.
